Supporting the HR team at the Trust, we worked with them to develop an interactive PDF to promote leadership behaviours that would have a positive effect on staff at work, and in turn, help to improve patient care. The quality of care to patients and organisational performance are directly affected by the quality of leadership and the cultures leaders create.
