Cube were commissioned with designing and creating a way to embed their Trust Values to all members of staff across the organisation. The initial idea was to develop an A5 playing card approach but upon further investigations we adapted the clients thinking into an online digital card system that would allow users to access cards relating to different values and to use them in meetings, sessions and one to ones.

We developed the idea further by then including the ability to create a personalised card from a selection of pre designed cards that could be sent electronically to a colleague, or manager or any other staff member.

The e-card system allows people to interact with one another at all levels and supports the NHS wide People Promise, the trusts Equality, Diversity and Inclusion objectives, the organisations reward, recognition and appreciation objectives and the system has a wider wellbeing angle for all staff too.
